DIHBU, member of DIGIS3, presents the results of the Burgos Industry 4.0 Technological Meeting

The Burgos Industry 4.0 2023 Technology Meeting was organized by the Digital Innovation Hub Industry 4.0 (DIHBU) and the Burgos Council through Sociedad Promueve Burgos with the support of DIGIS3. Its third edition was held last October and was attended by 43 technology demonstrators from all over the country, who provided innovative solutions to companies.

The event had an outstanding institutional scope, with the presence of authorities such as the Minister of Mobility and Digital Transformation of the Regional Government of Castilla y León, María González Corral; the Director General of Industry, Jesús Jiménez Miguel, and the Mayor of Burgos, Cristina Ayala, among other senior officials of the regional and municipal government. Using the hashtag #3burgosi40, the meeting had a high level of impact on social networks and the media throughout the day. The space showcased solutions linked to technologies such as virtual reality, holograms, digital twins, artificial intelligence, drones, private 5G industrial networks, autonomous driving vehicles and robotics, among others.

In terms of overall results, DIHBU reported that this year's event matched the average number of participants in the previous edition, which was a success considering that the duration of the event was shorter. In total there were 1,401 participants, including 15 representatives of public institutions, 46 speakers at the technical conferences, 41 profiles in matchmaking, 17 B2B meetings, 85 videos broadcast for the dissemination of content and 5 job opportunities in the talent corner.

The organization would like to thank all the participants for the warm response to the meeting, which has been demonstrated in the completed satisfaction surveys, obtaining an "excellent" result in the general evaluation of the event, the evaluation of the quality of the demonstrators and the evaluation of the quality of the technical sessions. Likewise, DIHBU has made the dissemination materials available to the interested public, which can be obtained through the following links:
