SCAYLE celebrates the 5th edition of the Practical Course on Metagenomics and Microbial Diversity using supercomputing. The objective is to provide the necessary training for the analysis of data from Next Generation Sequencing techniques, particularly focused on their application to the metagenomic study of samples from different environments and to use supercomputing in the collection and assembly of sequenced DNA fragments, as well as their subsequent annotation and analysis.
