The Institute for Business Competitiveness of the Regional Government of Castilla y León (ICE) participates in the annual meeting of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) of Bilbao. Leading business experts, network partners and representatives from the European Union and the private sector will meet to discuss cutting-edge strategies and support mechanisms for SMEs.
