European Call: Digital Solutions for Regulatory Compliance through Data

Does your company develop technological solutions that help organisations comply with regulations automatically? The European Commission has launched the DIGITAL-2026-AI-DATA-10-COMPLIANCE call under the Digital Europe Programme (DEP) to fund European consortia developing data- and AI-based digital regulatory compliance tools.

The call supports the development of solutions for data collection, analysis and secure storage, enabling public and private organisations to verify regulatory compliance in real time, reduce administrative workloads and stay up to date with regulatory changes, while ensuring robust access controls and audit traceability.

Which sectors is it aimed at?

Public administrations and industries facing significant regulatory and administrative burdens. Environment, manufacturing, healthcare and energy are highlighted as potential sectors for the funded pilot use cases.

Who can apply?

European consortia. If your company has a technological solution in this field, the first step is therefore to form or join a consortium with other European organisations.

Available material: Although the information session has already taken place, the European Commission has published the presentation slides, including details of the objectives, use cases and Q&A session.

Can we help you prepare your application or find consortium partners?

At DIGIS3, we support companies in Castilla y León developing AI and data solutions in assessing whether this call fits their project and connecting with the European EDIH network to help build the consortium required for the application.
