As a member of the European Digital Innovation Hub DIGIS3, the AIR Institute is hosting a free workshop titled "Simple Automation for Everyone: Overcome Your Fear of AI", in collaboration with the Association of the Agri-Food Industry of Ávila (AVILAGRO). This event is designed for association members and professionals in the agri-food sector looking to enhance their efficiency by automating administrative tasks.
The workshop will take place at the Tatiana Foundation in Ávila on 13th March from 10:00 to 12:00. Participants will gain hands-on experience with tools such as Make (Integromat), Trello (and its automation features), and ChatGPT, learning how to streamline tasks, generate new process ideas, and keep daily business activities organised.
The training aims to equip attendees with practical skills and highlight the opportunities artificial intelligence offers, demonstrating the benefits of automation in reducing workload and enabling businesses to focus on other key areas. To facilitate this, Julián Pérez from the IoT Digital Innovation Hub (AIR Institute) will introduce the tools and provide a live demonstration with real-world examples.
During the session, Lorena Martín from AVILAGRO will present the initiatives undertaken by the association, while David Franco from the DIGIS3 initiative will outline the opportunities available to entrepreneurs and SMEs through the project’s services.
