Purpose
The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies aimed at financing basic digitalization projects in SMEs of Castilla y León.
Beneficiaries
The beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this call may be SMEs, including self-employed workers, with a registered office or workplace in Castilla y León, carrying out projects aimed at their basic digitalization. An SME is considered to be any entity whose characteristics comply with the provisions of section 1 of the third base of the Order of Bases.
Excluded are communities of property, public companies, and civil societies, as well as associations, foundations, public administrations, and, in general, non-profit entities.
Subsidized projects and requirements
Subsidized projects are considered to be basic digitalization projects in self-employed workers and SMEs of Castilla y León, aimed at implementing the first digital tools or solutions in a company.
Projects must meet the following requirements:
- They must be carried out by the beneficiary entity at a workplace located in Castilla y León.
- Projects must not have been materially completed or fully executed, regardless of whether all related payments have been made, at the date of submission of the subsidy application. The maximum execution period of the project shall be 18 months from the application date.
- External collaborations referred to in the seventh base of the Order of Bases (eligible costs or expenses) must be carried out by professionals with experience in the field, who are not linked or associated with the beneficiary company.
Eligible expenses
The following costs or expenses are considered eligible:
- Software, including the service that offers a software solution to end users through the Internet, under a pay-per-use model.
- Hardware and equipment necessary for the implementation of the solution(s) covered by the project, including services that provide information technology infrastructure to end users through the Internet, under a pay-per-use model.
- External collaborations necessary for carrying out one or more of the following activities:
- Process consulting to identify the main needs of the beneficiary entity in relation to its digitalization process.
- Technological consulting on the best tools to address the needs of the beneficiary entity.
- Consulting for the implementation of the selected tools/solutions for their integration into the SME’s processes.
- Monitoring consulting of the implementation carried out.
- Training of the beneficiary entity’s employees in the implemented tools/solutions.
Type and amount of subsidies
The aid will consist of a non-repayable grant in the amount of 1,200 euros.
Application submission period
The application submission period will begin on the day following the publication of the extract of this Call in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” and will end on December 31, 2025 (both days inclusive), or on the day an extract of a new call replacing it is published.
