The Casino of Salamanca hosts the official presentation of the European Centre for Digital Innovation DIGIS3, one of the twelve recognised in Spain by the European Commission, which will facilitate access to EU funds for digitisation to the business fabric of Castilla y León. DIGIS3 brings together six regional entities that will work over the coming years to increase the competitiveness of entities that require it and improve their production processes through the application of disruptive technologies.
This event will take place on 13 March 2023, from 9:45 to 12:15 at the Casino de Salamanca, C/ Zamora 11-15, 37002 Salamanca. In addition, the official presentation will be broadcast in streaming through our youtube channel or directly by accessing the following link.
The opening of the event will be attended by the Ministers of Economy and Finance, Carlos Javier Fernández Carriedo, and of Mobility and Digital Transformation, María González Corral; the Mayor of Salamanca, Carlos Manuel García Carbayo, and the coordinator of DIGIS3 and president of the AIR Institute, Juan Manuel Corchado.
The event will include a presentation of the project by the coordinator of DIGIS3 and a round table with the participation of the members of the consortium, who will explain the services to be offered. The aim of the event is to raise awareness of the possible ways of supporting entities in Castilla y León and how our consortium can help to improve business competitiveness thanks to new technologies and the different funding channels offered by this project.
