Objective

This call aims to grant aid to improve the competitiveness and digital maturity of joint ownerships, civil companies with a commercial purpose, professional civil companies, and jointly owned agricultural holdings, through the adoption of digital solutions available on the market, under the Digital Kit Program.

Beneficiaries

The aid may be granted to joint ownerships, civil companies with a commercial purpose, professional civil companies, and jointly owned agricultural holdings that meet the following requirements:

  • Have between 0 and fewer than 50 employees.
  • Be legally constituted and have a tax residence in Spain.
  • Not be subject to any of the prohibitions for obtaining beneficiary status established in the applicable regulations.

Eligible projects and requirements

Eligible projects are those aimed at implementing digital solutions included in the Digital Kit Program Catalog. Projects must meet the following requirements:

  • Be carried out by the beneficiary entity at its place of business.
  • Not have been fully executed prior to the submission of the application.
  • Any external collaborations necessary for the execution of the project must be carried out by professionals with experience in the field and not linked to the beneficiary company.

Eligible expenses

The following costs or expenses are considered eligible:

  • Software and digital services included in the Digital Kit Program Catalog.
  • Hardware required for the implementation of the solutions.
  • External collaborations for technological consulting, solution implementation, and employee training.

Type and amount of the aid

The aid will consist of a non-repayable grant, with a maximum amount determined by the Digital Kit Program according to the company's segment.

Application submission period

The application period began on September 12, 2023, and will end on October 31, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Applications must be submitted exclusively online via sede.red.gob.es.
