ICECYL is organising a “Training Series on Digital Transformation for SMEs” as part of the DIGIS3 project. The aim is to equip small and medium-sized enterprises with the necessary digital tools and skills to enhance their competitiveness and successfully adapt to the digital environment.
The programme will focus on key aspects of digital transformation, including cybersecurity, digital project management tools, advanced technologies, and their practical application in businesses. The teaching approach will be hands-on and tailored to help participants implement what they learn directly within their organisations.
The training series will consist of four free of charge courses, offered both in-person and online, aimed at both managers and employees:
- Course for SME Managers: 15 hours of training and 8 hours of personalised mentoring
- Course for SME Employees: 35 hours of training
- Course for Micro-SME Managers: 15 hours of training and 8 hours of personalised mentoring
- Course for Micro-SME Employees: 35 hours of training
