On 17 January, the European Digital Innovation Hub, DIGIS3, hosted the workshop "Boost Your Business with Artificial Intelligence: Key Tools to Maximise Productivity," organised in collaboration with the AESAL, a member of CEOE CEPYME Salamanca.
The session took place as part of AESAL's monthly networking events, which focus on providing businesswomen with training to enhance their professional skills. The content, delivered by members of the AIR Institute—DIGIS3's coordinating body—highlighted various AI tools designed to assist with work management and boost productivity. Examples included Read AI for meeting management, Canva for creating presentations, and Make, an automation platform that connects applications and processes to streamline workflows.
The event was attended by 39 women, and AESAL noted that the workshop offered a practical introduction to artificial intelligence tools, enabling participants to harness their potential to enhance daily work and professional performance. Elena Borrego, AESAL President, also attended the workshop. She emphasised that they are acutely aware of the need to improve and become more competitive businesswomen. "AI can help us become more productive, allowing us to address the labour shortages we are facing across all sectors," she said.
DIGIS3 expressed its gratitude to AESAL and CEOE CEPYME for their support and collaboration and hopes the workshop proved interesting and productive for Salamanca's businesswomen.
