New course of our member SCAYLE to get started in the use of supercomputing applied to the analysis of RNAseq data.

The University of León presents the seventh edition of its practical course on supercomputing applied to RNAseq data analysis. This course, limited to 20 places, is ideal for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of genomics and improve their analytical skills in gene expression data.

Date: 8 to 12 July 2024 (Monday to Thursday 09:30-14:00 and 15:30 to 18:30. Friday from 9:00 to 13:30).

Venue: CRAI - TIC Building of the Vegazana Campus (University of León).
